1. Start by either calling or emailing us for questions you may have regarding our clinic and how to make an appointment. We do accept most insurance and can usually bill most of the initial and follow up consultations and testing using normal medical codes. Some of the testing and treatment offered are, however, outside of “regular medical care” and may not be covered by your insurance.
2. We will then send you a link to our detailed Questionnaire that you can fill in on-line which you can send directly back to us. You can send us scanned copies of prior care or prior tests as attachments to an email at our contact page. We ask you to please have the Questionnaire filled along with information regarding prior care and tests sent to us one week prior to your scheduled appointment.
3. The first visit in-person will be one hour or more and will also include a brief exam and a pelvic endovaginal ultrasound. It is preferable that you are not on your period at that time. We will go over the Questionnaire, your prior history and preform an exam and ultrasound. We will then formulate a detailed care plan for you. This may include additional testing and will usually include behavior change recommendations, supplements and sometimes medications.
4. Initial ZOOM visits are available but an in-person appointment will be more helpful. Follow up visits where an exam and ultrasound are not required can, however, often be done as a Zoom visit.
